SYC26 Theme: Everything
State Youth Camp is running for the 12th time next year with the theme “Everything – Every Breath, Every Fear, Every Doubt.”
At SYC26 we’re going to explore how God gives everything to us and is with us through everything from the book of Psalms. Just as the Psalmists rejoiced, lamented, wrestled and wondered, our young people are experiencing this too, so it will be great to have the youth from our churches across NSW/ACT signing up for camp in September.

REGO MY YOUTH GROUP
We know registration instructions are tedious and boring, but PLEASE take 2 mins to read the instructions to ensure your youth register for SYC26 correctly. Thanks!
- The Youth Pastor/Coordinator needs to register your youth group! You can only choose one option for your whole youth group: ONLINE or we INVOICE THE CHURCH
2. We’ll set up your youth group in our registration system. YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THIS!
3. We’ll SEND CONFIRMATION that your youth group is set up. In a separate email, you will receive a Flyer with a QR code that links to your groups registration. Print this flyer out and give to your young people to register.

Pay Online
Means that as parents register their young person online, they will need to pay via card in order for the registration to go through.
The advantage of this payment option means that you don’t need to handle any money from parents, and once they complete the form, the young person is completely registered.

Invoice the Church
Means that the church collects the fees for camp after the young person has been registered online.
After camp, your church will then be invoiced for those who attended camp, as well as the church administration fee and any tents that were hired.
The advantage of this payment option means that you can control the cost of camp you tell your parents so that you can account for any increases or decreases in costs that might be associated with coming to camp. This is the option more churches use, especially as they fundraise throughout the year to try and keep the cost of camp as low as possible.
