We use logos when we set up our Donations page. This allows you to provide a link for people from your church or connected to your youth ministry who might want to help fund your youth groups SYC experience by making a donation. Payment Option - You can only pick one option for your youth group!*
Each person coming to camp will be required to register a ticket (stay tuned for more info in May on how to get your tickets) When it comes to the payment for tickets we have created 2 options so you can choose the option that will work best for your youth group and their families. If you have any questions about the registration process, please don't hesitate to email the SYC team. PAY ONLINE - This means your youth pay online via credit card at the time of registering for their ticket. (this option is good if you would like your youth/parents to manage the payment directly, but does mean that subsiding ticket costs or collecting donations is harder) PAY TO CHURCH - This means when youth register for their tickets they will not have to pay straight away. You can then collect all of the money from your group and SYC will invoice your church for the total cost of your group during the week of camp. (This option is good if you would like to either subsidise the cost of tickets for your young people by fundraising in your church or charge extra to cover transport costs)

Admin Fee*
This year we will have a $150 administration fee for each church attending. This fee helps us ensure that the camp ministry is a safe and well planned experience for every young person! This years admin fee will be put towards additional daily site cleaning for covid safety.

Tent Hire*
We would like to be able to arrange to offer the tent hire/set up service again this year. (There is an additional charge per tent for this service outside the normal ticket costs) However we need to reach a minimum number of tents to be able to offer this option. Please indicate if you would be interested in tent hire/set up so that we can assess if this will be possible and contact you with costing
